Subscription management is all about handling the revenue model of your services and the subscription packages.
In Admin Area > Subscription Management > Manage Subscribers manage the subscribers of your system for subscriptions. All the subscriber’s lists and information about their package would appear here.
Admin user can create a new subscription from here by clicking Add New button on the top right.
A box will appear and you can add the User Name/User ID, and select the Package from the dropdown. You can generate invoice and activate user right away while adding new subscription.
The recursive payments will work with your PayPal or Stripe accounts API so everything must be configured correctly including your client IDs and their configuration in payment gateways.
The newly added subscription will appear in the list.
Admin can Activate, Deactivate, or Delete any subscription of the end-user. From the Action button, you can edit the subscription as well as cancel, activate/deactivate, and delete the subscription.
Edit Subscription button will open a popup box and you can make changes to update the subscription.
Search subscriptions will enable a user to quickly search through the advanced filters.
This module lets Admin or moderator view all the created packages listed here and they can also create a new package too.
All the packages will be shown in this area of the admin panel. Any package can be activated/deactivate or delete any package by going to actions of the package easily.
Admin or moderator can create new packages and manage the existing packages. To create a new package go to the Subscription Management module > Manage Packages > Create New Package and create a new package.
Clicking on this button will redirect to the whole new page with required information like the Title of the Package, Description, Prices, Include the TVOD Content, Number of Screens Allowed, etc. Please refer to the following screenshot for more information:
You have to fill the required fields and enable the options you want to offer in the package.
Once all the details are entered, click on update and the package would be created. If you want to publish, click on the radio button to publish before updating.
After successfully creating a new package, the admin has to link that package to the payment gateways.
Admin can link that package to all the payment options or with any of the following:
When you will click on Link Package with Payment Gateway, a new interface will be showing as following:
You just have to select the package from the dropdown and the other fields like Package Title, Description, and Package Frequency will be auto-filled with the selection of the package.
You can either select any one of the payment gateway or All at the same time and then Click on the Submit Button.
All the linked gateways with subscription plans will be shown here in list.
You can see the details of the links here as in Plan ID, Name of the package,, and Activate Gateway Plan. You can also delete any linked gateway by clicking delete button.
