Track orders, revenue and churn in one dashboard, with the insight to refine your strategy.
The Vodlix sales dashboard puts the commercial health of your platform on one screen: today's income, this month's income, active and inactive subscriptions, orders and renewals, total revenue and churn rate. Instead of assembling figures from separate reports, you read them together and make informed decisions about pricing, promotions and content investment. For OTT operators, a clear revenue view is what turns strategy from guesswork into measurement.
Keep track of total orders, revenue, and churn rate to make informed decisions and refine your strategies for optimal performance.
See the active, inactive and recent subscriptions of every package, and optimise the offers that sell.
Dive deep into key metrics to fine-tune your approach, improve revenue streams, and ensure sustainable growth.

The Performance Overview chart plots orders, active subscribers and revenue for each of the last 30 days, so a strong launch weekend or a quiet week stands out at once. Hover any day to read its exact orders, active subscriber count and revenue. With all three on one chart, you can see whether revenue moved with order volume or with the size of your subscriber base. When you need a different date range or a country filter, the General Revenue report under Reporting takes over.
The Subscription Breakdown lists every package with its active subscriptions, its inactive subscriptions and its count for the last 7 days. Side by side, the columns show which offers sell, which keep their subscribers and which lose them, so you can optimise the packages that raise value and rethink the ones that underperform. Evaluating offers with data is how a monetisation strategy improves over time rather than staying fixed at launch.
When a figure needs explaining, the dashboard's shortcuts open the records behind it: Orders for individual transactions, Subscriptions and Subscribers for who is paying, Cancellations for who left, and Manage Packages to change an offer. For a specific date range, the reports under Reporting, such as General Revenue, New Orders, Churn Rate and Growth Rate, take the same figures further. The dashboard is the starting point, and the detail is one click away.
