("Vodlix," "us," or "our"), regarding your access to and use of https://vodlix.com/ and any other media form, media channel, related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site, "website," or "Platform "). By visiting the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, comprehended, and agreed to be bound by all of these TOS Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND MUST IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE USE.
Supplemental TOS or other documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are explicitly incorporated by reference into this Agreement. We retain the right to amend or modify these TOS at any time and for any reason. Vodlix provides multiple monetization models, customization, scalability, and support for over 50+ location CDNs, among other features. Businesses that want to launch their own VOD service without the hassle of constructing and sustaining the infrastructure should consider this option.
Vodlix assists you in setting up your complete OTT and IPTV solution at zero cost. With fully branded and White-label Apps for Android, iOS, Apple TV, Android TV, LG WebOS, Samsung Tizen, Amazon Firestick, and Roku, you can go live on every device in the shortest time possible. Vodlix focuses on a single objective: facilitating the success of our customers by enabling them to focus on business while we administer the technology.

1.1 Target Market
The Vodlix OTT Solution is a flexible and dynamic platform designed for a wide spectrum of media companies, entrepreneurs, and content providers. It serves as a resource for people who want to launch their own on-demand streaming services in the expanding world of digital entertainment.
Vodlix provides a full range of tools and services, whether you're an indie filmmaker, a media corporation looking to expand, or a creative businessperson hoping to capitalize on the rising demand for online content. These provide you the tools to use seamless content delivery, distinctive branding, and monetization techniques to capture and engage your audience because of its adaptability and scalability.
1.2 Access and Service Utilization
sers must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to register for the Services and purchase a License. Content posted on activated platform does not come under Vodlix. Vodlix supports Free-speech and welcome's all kind of content as mentioned in 1.6 & 1.7
Some people, some states, and/or some nations may not have legal access to the Services, and access may also need government registration or authorisation. You are solely responsible for adhering to local laws and regulations when using the Services, and the Company makes no assurances or guarantees that doing so in any particular place.
1.3 Account
To access and use the services we provide, you must first create an account with us.
Trial period is 14 days. Access to a paid account is granted only after a 14-day trial period. To access the app, users must create an account.
Your Account is for your personal use only, and you are not permitted to allow anyone to use it for any purpose. If you have created an account on behalf of your company, then access shall only be allowed to with in the organisation. When you create an Account, you confirm that all of the information you give is correct and complete. You promise to keep your information up to date as necessary or asked, and you also agree to refrain from using another person's account without their consent. You are solely responsible for safeguarding the security of and limiting access to your Account and password, and you agree to bear sole responsibility for any actions that occur under your Account or password. You undertake to notify our customer service department promptly if you become aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your Account, or if you become aware of any violation of these Terms by others. You agree that we will not be liable for any losses, damages, liabilities, or costs incurred as a result of any unauthorized use of your Account, and you agree to indemnify and keep us blameless for any such unauthorized use. For quality control and administrative purposes, we retain the right to create accounts. These accounts may be visible by the public.
1.4 Utilizing Services
The Services are solely provided as a conduit for video streaming and related content, and they are not given for any other purpose.
Users are solely responsible for determining whether the provided Services are appropriate for their particular goals and needs.
You are given a limited, non-exclusive license by Vodlix to use the Services for private, non-profit purposes. This covers the ability to see materials on the websites and applications of Vodlix
You agree to pay any fees and charges associated with your account on time if you choose to access any part of the Services for which there is a price. Your credit card will be charged for any such fees and charges, as well as any applicable taxes and late fees. Every user commits to keep their account information up to date, including a valid payment card number when applicable.
1.5 Customer Service
Vodlix offers 24/7 customer service by email, ticket system, and live chat. Additionally, you may contact them through their social media accounts.

1.6 Prohibited Behavior
The Services may only be used for legitimate streaming and platform-related purposes that are permitted by law. Users agree not to use the Services for any reasons other than those listed by Vodlix, which expressly forbids any other use of the Services.
a) You agree that when accessing or using the Sites, you will not break any law, contract, intellectual property or other third-party right, or constitute a tort, and that you are entirely responsible for your behavior.
b) You agree to adhere by these Terms and will refrain from the following: Engaging in harassing, threatening, intimidating, predatory, or stalking behavior;
c) You agree not to use or attempt to use another user's account without the user's and VODLIX's consent.
d) You agree not to use the Sites in any way that interferes with, disrupts, negatively affects, or prevents other users from fully enjoying the Sites, or that damages, disables, overburdens, or impairs the Sites' functionality in any way.
e) You agree not to attempt to decompile source code or to bypass or circumvent measures used to block or restrict access to any content, area, or code on the Sites; you agree not to attempt to circumvent any content-filtering procedures we use.
f) You agree not to access any feature or section of the Sites for which you are not permitted.
g) You agree that without our prior written authorization, you will not build any third-party apps that interface with the Sites.
h) You agree not to use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, script, browser extension, offline reader, or other automated method or interface not expressly approved by us to access the Sites, collect data, or otherwise tamper with or disrupt the Sites' page or feature rendering.
i) You agree not to circumvent or ignore the robots.txt file, which governs automated access to the Sites, or to use the Sites for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, or to engage in, encourage, or promote any behavior that violates these Terms.
System or network security violations, as well as inappropriate behavior, may subject offenders to legal or criminal responsibility. Vodlix will look into incidents that could entail such violations, perhaps contact law enforcement, and work with them to prosecute users who are associated with such crimes.
1.7 Prohibited Content on Vodlix
While Vodlix provides a platform for content streaming, it's essential to maintain the platform's integrity and ensure the safety of its users. As such, certain content is prohibited on our platform. The following content is not allowed:

Content promoting violence or showcasing unnecessary cruelty, even if it's fictional.
1.7.4 Harassment or Bullying
Any form of content that aims to harass, threaten, or bully individuals.
1.7.5 Misinformation
Spreading false or misleading information, especially information that can cause harm.
1.7.6 Copyright Infringement
Streaming or sharing copyrighted content without the necessary permissions or licenses.
1.7.7 Promotion of Illegal Activities
Content that promotes or glamorizes illegal activities, including but not limited to drug use, theft, or illegal gambling.
1.7.8 Impersonation
Pretending to be someone else or falsely representing an organization.
1.7.9 Malware and Malicious Activities
Content that promotes or distributes malware, phishing scams, or any other harmful digital activities.
1.7.10 Commercial Misrepresentation
Misleading users about the nature of the content, especially if it's designed to generate financial gains fraudulently.
1.7.11 Terrorist Content
Any content that promotes terrorism, includes extremist views, or incites violence for a political cause.
1.7.12 Private and Confidential Information
Sharing private or confidential information about individuals without their consent, including addresses, phone numbers, and personal identification data.
1.7.13 Any Other Content Deemed Inappropriate
Content which Vodlix, at its discretion, considers harmful, offensive, or inappropriate for its community of users.
Users who violate these policies may face penalties, including removal of content, suspension of streaming privileges, or even banning from the Vodlix platform. We encourage all users to report any violations of these policies to ensure a safe and respectful environment for everyone.
1.7 Subscription, Term and Automatic Renewal
The Services may allow you to access digital content on a pay per view basis, subscription basis, rent, or purchases. The basis on which digital content is available on the Services will be indicated on the product detail page for which you may purchase the digital content.
2. Term.
2.1 Free Trial Period. When you sign up to utilize our services, you will receive a 14-day free trial of the service.
2.2 Period of Paid Subscription. Following the 14-day free trial period, you will be able to use the Software only through a paid account. As a result, if you have acquired a license to access the Software's advanced features, these Terms and the license granted herein are applicable as of the Activation Date and until the Subscription Period expires. For purposes of this Agreement, the term "Activation Date" refers to the date on which you make such payments and a license to use such additional features of the Software is given to you. After the Subscription Period expires, you will lose access to the Paid Version of the Software.
2.3 Subscriptions on a monthly basis. All monthly memberships will automatically renew each month unless your account is cancelled.
You recognize, agree, and allow VODLIX to charge your credit card automatically for the appropriate fee in line with our pricing conditions.
If you are disputing something with VODLIX or have previously sought a chargeback that we successfully contested, your Services will not renew automatically at the conclusion of your current subscription term.
2.4 Payment and Pricing
We provide excellent service plans and a variety of extra services to fulfill the demands of every customer. Our Pricing page contains information about our current service plans and associated charges for text messaging between users and extra devices. Please take notice that these prices are exclusive of VAT.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your billing information with VODLIX.
You must contact us immediately if you become aware of any billing errors or inconsistencies. We will make every attempt to assist you with any billing concerns; please contact us using the "contact us" link at the bottom of our homepage.
2.5 Comments and Advice from Users
While Vodlix welcomes user input, we ask that you keep your criticism to the point and refrain from sending us any original concepts, proposals, or ideas.
If users contribute inventive ideas, inventions, or recommendations in defiance of our request, then Vodlix will own all or a portion of those submissions. All now known or hereafter discovered rights to the contributions shall belong entirely to Vodlix, and the company shall be granted the right to unlimited use of the submissions for any purpose whatsoever, whether commercial or not, without payment to users or any other third parties.
Vodlix shall not be responsible for any use or disclosure, and no portion of the contributions shall be subject to any obligation of confidence.
2.6 Using social networks
You might have the choice to share links and material on X, Facebook, or other social networking sites via the Services. Users choose this choice on their own initiative and are solely responsible for adhering to any terms and conditions set forth by the social networking sites, among other things.
3. Termination
You may cancel these Terms and the license granted herein at any time by contacting us via Email.
Without limiting our other rights, these Terms and the license granted to you hereunder will terminate instantly and without notice if you fail to comply with or breach any part of these Terms. We shall not be responsible in any way for the suspension, withdrawal, or disablement of your access to Vodlix or any feature included within. If you do not pay the appropriate Subscription fee, your license to use the Paid Version of the Software automatically terminates. You acknowledge that when your license expires or is terminated, the license key may deactivate automatically.
Nothing contained herein entitles you to a return of any money paid pursuant to this agreement.
4. Exclusion of Liability for External Links
The Website may contain connections to other Internet resources. Vodlix clearly states that it has no control over the style or content of the linked pages and expressly disassociates itself from any third-party content on all connected pages. Vodlix is not responsible for the use or content of Internet sites that link to or from this site. Our privacy and cookie policies do not apply to any collection or processing of your personal data on or via such third-party websites.
5. Ownership; Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Vodlix Application, any related features and/or services, and any derivatives, additions, and changes thereto, including associated intellectual property rights, are and will remain entirely held by us or our licensors. These Limitations do not transmit an interest in or to the Application to you; rather, they grant you a limited right of use subject to the terms hereof. These Terms in no way represent a surrender of our intellectual property rights under any applicable legislation. The license granted herein is not conditional on the supply of any future functionality or features, nor is it predicated on any spoken or written public statements made by us on future functionality or features. You understand and agree that the technology underlying the functioning of the Software contains valuable trade secrets and know-how belonging to us and our suppliers, and that you will not reveal any such trade secrets to any third party. Any disclosure or illegal use of this information will result in irreversible harm and loss to us.
6. Your Representations and Warranties
You represent and warrant that: (i) you will use the application only in accordance with these Terms; (ii) you will adhere to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, as well as industry best practices, while using the Vodlix Application; (iii) you will not use the Application for any fraudulent or inappropriate purpose; and (iv) you will not prevent others from using the Application.
7. Notification of Copyright Violations
If you think any content made available through the Services infringes on someone else's copyright, please alert Vodlix by giving the following details to our authorized copyright agent:
a) The written or electronic signature of the copyright holder or a representative duly appointed by the holder;
b) A description of the allegedly infringing action as well as the copyrighted material that you allege has been violated;
c) The URL or another particular place on the Services where the content or conduct you believe infringes is located or taking place; You must provide sufficient details to enable us to discover the content or activity;
d) Name, address, contact info, and email address;
e) A declaration from you, made under penalty of perjury, stating that (i) the details you have provided are true and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to speak on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly being violated; and
f) you have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials is not permitted by the copyright owner, any agent of the copyright owner, or the law.
You can submit Vodlix a counter-notice if you sincerely feel that a copyright infringement notice has been issued against you in error.
a) Your name, address, and contact information;
b) The URL of the content's original source;
c) A declaration that you believe the content was deleted in mistake under penalty of perjury; and
d) A declaration that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the first complaint and that you consent to the jurisdiction of the court where your address is situated.
Please be aware that it is against the law to submit a false or materially misleading Notice or Counter-Notice, and doing so might result in legal repercussions, including perjury.

You agree to receive electronic messages from Vodlix by using the Services. Emails relating to your account, password, access, marketing, transactions, and other information pertaining to the Services and your account are among the types of messages that may be sent to you.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
YOU ARE PROVIDED WITH THE VODLIX APPLICATION "AS IS," WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AS WELL AS ANY WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT: (I) VODLIX APPLICATION WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, WILL BE ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED; (II) VODLIX APPLICATION WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION; OR (III) VODLIX APPLICATION IS OR WILL BE AVAILABLE WHERE YOU LIVE OR IN ANY OTHER SPECIFIC AREA YOUR SOLE RIGHT OR REMEDY FOR ANY PROBLEMS OR DISSATISFIACTION WITH THE VODLIX APPLICATION IS TO UNINSTALL AND DISCONTINUE USING ALL VODLIX PRODUCTS. Additionally, except as specifically specified above, we are not bound to maintain or support the Application, or to provide you with any updates, bug fixes, or other features made accessible through the Application. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for (and that we have no responsibility to you or any third party) and bear all responsibility and risk associated with your use of Vodlix and your breach of any of your representations and warranties contained herein, as well as any loss or damage we may sustain as a result of such breach.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE, OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, OR LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY TYPE INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF GOODWILL, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA OR BUSINESS INFORMATION, LOSS OF ADDITIONAL SOFTWARE OR COMPUTER CONFIGURATIONS OR COSTS OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, DAMAGES ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH ANY USE OF VODLIX OR ANY AND ALL OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE INSTALLATION, UNINSTALLATION, USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE VODLIX UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CONTRACT OR TORT (INCLUDING PRODUCTS LIABILITY, STRICT LIABILITY AND NEGLIGENCE), AND WHETHER OR NOT WE WERE OR SHOULD HAVE BEEN AWARE OR ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE AND NOTWITHSTANDING THE FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY LIMITED REMEDY STATED HEREIN. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY (INCLUDING OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARENTS, AND AFFILIATES) FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID IF ANY, BY YOU FOR THE USE OF VODLIX .
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us, our parent corporation, officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including, but not limited to, attorney's fees) arising out of: (i) your access to or use of the Vodlix Platform; (ii) your violation of these Terms; or (iii) your violation of any third party right, including, but not limited to, any intellectual property right, or privacy right.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with UK law, without reference to its conflict of law principles or rules.
13. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the Parties agree to engage in good faith negotiation to resolve it. If the Parties are unable to resolve a disagreement via good faith negotiation, they agree to resort to binding mediation or arbitration. In the case of Arbitration and/or Mediation, the victorious Party is entitled to recover its legal expenses, including but not limited to lawyers' fees.
14. Refund Policy
14.1. Free Trial
We are confident in the value our software brings, which is why we offer a 14-day free trial for all new users. This allows you to try our service risk-free and understand its capabilities without any commitment.
14.2. Refund Requests Post-Trial
If you choose to continue using our service after the 14-day free trial and are charged, but feel that the software did not meet your expectations, you may request a refund within the first 3 days of your paid subscription.
14.3. Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original method of payment within 10-15 business days.
14.5. Subsequent Monthly or Annual Subscriptions
After the initial 3 days of the paid subscription, no refunds will be provided for subsequent monthly or yearly payments. We encourage our users to cancel their subscription before the next billing cycle if they do not wish to continue using our service.
14.6. Changes to Our Refund Policy
We reserve the right to update or change our refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and users will be notified of any significant changes.
14.7. Refund Policy for Self-Hosted and Comitment Plans
Refund policy may differ for Self-hosted/Hybrid or Plans that required minimum commitment and annual support renewals.
15. General
These Terms comprise the parties' full agreement with respect to the subject matter included herein. The section titles in these Terms are used solely for convenience and have no legal or contractual effect. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be enforced to the utmost degree possible without impairing the parties' purpose, and the remainder of these Terms will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any of our rights or to take action against you in the case of a violation of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of those rights or of subsequent actions in the event of future breaches. You may not assign these Terms or any rights granted herein without our prior written authorization. These Terms are governed by English. If there is a conflict or disagreement between the English version and any other language version, the English version must prevail. Nothing in these Terms will be understood as constituting a joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and us, and you lack the power to create any obligation or representation on our behalf.
