Three things that decide which line you belong on.

Native apps mean Apps+

Branded mobile and TV apps, live TV, FAST channels and the bundled Vertex CRM are Apps+ only. Web & API plans do not include them, and moving up later is a plan change, not a rebuild.

Web & API is upload-only

Your content is uploaded to and delivered by Vodlix — external and third-party video URLs are not part of these plans. Every monetisation model still works: subscriptions, rentals and advertising.

Pay as You Grow is SVOD

The per-subscriber model is built for subscription services. If you need advertising or pay-per-view revenue, start on Web & API or Apps+ instead — those carry every model from day one.

How Vodlix Intel is measured

IPU covers video processing (per minute of media); AI tokens cover the AI on top. A job can use both, each shows as its own line on your ledger, and you can see the price before you run anything.

¹ LG and Samsung apps are included on Enterprise subject to agreed terms — minimum contract term and one store submission per platform; store approval is the store's decision.

² Vertex CRM is bundled with every Apps+ plan at no extra cost and is rolling out now — capacity details land when it goes live.

Nothing breaks and nothing is charged silently. Allowances are monthly and we contact you before anything changes, so you can move up a plan or buy extra capacity deliberately.
Yes. Moving from a Web & API plan to Apps+ is a plan change — your content, users and settings all stay exactly where they are. Your apps are then built and published under your own developer accounts.
No. There is no onboarding or setup fee on any plan — you pay the plan price and nothing else. TV app submissions and custom development are quoted separately when you want them.
On Pay as You Grow we act as merchant of record: we bill your subscribers, keep $0.99 per active subscriber per month, and pass the rest to you. An inactive or cancelled subscriber costs you nothing.
Prices on this page are in US dollars. We also bill in GBP and EUR — your billing country decides the currency, and you will see the exact amount before you confirm anything.
