You upload your content and we deliver it. Pulling video from an external or third-party URL is not supported on these plans — if your library lives elsewhere, talk to us first.
Subscription revenue only — no ad-supported, rental or FAST monetisation. We act as merchant of record and bill your subscribers, which is why the per-subscriber price can stay low.

Buy a top-up block for the month you needed it, or move up a plan if it is going to keep happening. If a spike was a one-off, we would rather tell you that than sell you a bigger plan.
Extra capacity is only ever charged after you agree to it. There is no automatic metered billing running in the background, so an unexpected traffic spike cannot produce an unexpected invoice.
