Fast OTT Ltd, trading as Vodlix, wants everyone to be able to use the Vodlix player, apps and dashboard, including people who use assistive technology.
1. What this covers
This statement covers the Vodlix web player, the Vodlix apps for iOS, Android and TV platforms, the Vodlix dashboard and vodlix.com.
The videos, captions and other content on a streaming service run by one of our customers are that customer's responsibility.
2. Our standard
Our web player and apps are designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA. This is based on our own testing; we have not yet had an independent audit.
3. What we support
Captions and subtitles, in several languages, where the customer provides them
Audio description tracks, where the customer provides them
Keyboard and remote control: every control can be used without a mouse or touch screen
Screen readers: controls have labels that screen readers can read
Contrast: text and controls are designed for readable contrast
4. Tell us about a problem
If something does not work for you, email [email protected]. Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, and the device and any assistive technology you were using. We read every message and reply as soon as we can.
5. If you are not satisfied
In Great Britain, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) at equalityadvisoryservice.com.
