How do I get access?
VIMO is open by request while we scale. Tell us what you're making and we'll get you set up.
Do I get charged before I know the cost?
Never. Every video is quoted before it builds: you see the credit range for each quality tier and pace, and nothing runs until you pick one.
Am I charged per seat?
No. Each plan includes a number of seats, and everyone on the workspace draws from the same credit balance. You're charged for what gets generated.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly plan credits refresh at the start of each cycle. Credits you buy as a top-up carry over and never expire, and plan credits are spent first.
What happens if I run out mid-project?
Nothing you've made is affected. New generations pause until you top up or upgrade, and VIMO tells you exactly how many credits short you are, plus what the same video would cost at a cheaper quality.
